It’s a game-changer. The effects of a night slept without mouthtaping our marked and profound: I am foggier, duller, more prone to yawning, and definitely more sluggish. Mental firing is dampened. I never even travel on a train or airplane without having the mouthtape ready-at-hand in the top flap of my backpack, on the off-chance that I will doze off during the trip. (Having been awakened multiple times by strangers on trains and planes, annoyed at my open-gaped snoring, having mouth-tape ant the ready is also an insurance policy from a short-term social contract point of view.)
