Question: Dear Venerable! Thank you for your talk in Turku. I enjoyed your clear instructions on meditation. You also have a very interesting blog. I would have wanted to ask questions but it was already late and I needed to get home for my children. My questions are: -what is the goal of meditation? -what can you expect if you meditate 30min everyday but can’t dedicate your whole life to it?
