People find it surprising that you can be a meditating monk and still look for strategies for hacking the planar eject of stress. But living in this wired world is a stress. It is a mental ecosystem of ubiquitous wireless interconnectivity for which we are hardly evolved to manage easily, that we live in times where the most intimate and spiritual is already of the greatest public interest. Social media must be engaged, at least minimally. Deadlines and plans and ticketing. Sending out morsels of pseudo-teaching through videos and, now, “song”, some energy has been invited in. The mandala, can it hold?
