Had a mellow dinner with friends in Soho, followed by a long walk home through Piccadilly and including my first visit ever crossing Trafalgar Square.
The beginning of the day: After pre-dawn meditation and yoga, a shower before engaging email correspondence, bill-paying, and scheduling details for events in the coming days and weeks.
