Many years ago, I spent some time reading and reflecting on the infamous Katyn Massacre, where during the end of WWII, Soviet troops gathered and executed in a forest the elite of the Polish military, intelligentsia, and economy, and blamed it on the Nazis.
And now the very same procedure is part of the state craft of this war. How evil! These beasts… How can we ever have compassion for them?
