Theocratic Beasts, Meet Aristotle

The ultra conservative Republican senator John Kennedy, from the deep south, tries to pin down the Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson regarding abortion, and she reveals a wisdom more estimable than nearly anything found in her GOP inquisitor’s Bible (again, excepting Jesus, who they supposedly represent):

I believe it was Aristotle who said, “The sign of a higher intelligence is the ability entertain two opposing views at the same time.”
