Changes

Like anyone, there are things I want to read and consider, and the insidious availability of the smartphone has caused me to also bring it into bed to accomplish this.

Bad habit.

Having finally switched away the smartphone for the beautiful world of a book, I have noticed profound changes in the quality of my sleep. This scientific factoid seems to explain why it has been so truly helpful for me.
