After all of the hard work these last few days, it’s good to get back horizontal again. Lying flat out board-like when possible. And also not falling into some bedridden self-indulgence. Lying like this will be my only really helpful hack for this new meniscus situation. Not using the knee. Letting it heal. All of this collagen I’ve been drinking in vegetable juices. Hopefully I can get good physiotherapy twice a week . It will be more expensive to ask for a house visit, but I should really stay off of this as much as possible, to be able to sit cross-legged again in meditation without pain that is still a new thing there for me.
