I have always suspected these things. This is why I keep social media activity to an absolute minimum, and, every day, limit the number of things that I respond or feel responsible to “react” to. They all unsettle the mind, and yet, through social media, even perfect strangers can now have easy tools to reach the device in my pocket even as I sit on the toilet.
