Such profound gratitude to this “founder of a new Eleusis”, Albert Hofmann. His “chance” discovery brought me to meditation (faster than I would have arrived, perhaps), which brought me back to my original home. After never touching it again after those first discoveries back in 1985 on the campus of Princeton, and with 30 years of only intensive meditation practice having flowed through, I have been blessed with the sacrament recently, and can confirm aspects of 30 years of meditation training both in myself and close students.
I see the true importance of LSD in the possibility of providing material aid to meditation aimed at the mystical experience of a deeper, comprehensive reality.
